Sunshine Acres is located in Northwestern Indiana, about halfway between Indianapolis and Chicago, along I-65. We are an hour and a half drive north of Indianapolis and about an hour south of the south side of Chicago . We welcome families to come and visit our Irish Goldendoodle Puppies and their parents, by appointment. We are closed on Sundays.
Our rural Indiana setting has been a great place to raise our family, and our puppies. Everyone has plenty of room to run and play outside. We love the peace and quiet of our country home, the friendly neighbors and being able to see the stars at night. If have made an appointment and are coming to visit, watch for the red brick house which is surrounded by many trees. Our address is 7450W 200N, Wolcott, Indiana, 47995. Google Maps will direct you right to us. When you arrive, you will notice that we have two driveways. One is concrete the other is gravel. Please park on the concrete driveway and come to the front door of our home. We will be looking forward to your visit.

If you are coming to pick up your puppy in the morning and plan to spend the night before your appointment near Sunshine Acres, there are several local options. Closest to us are the hotels in Remington, Indiana which is about a 5 minute drive west of our home. Next closest would be Monticello which is about 15 minutes east followed by Lafayette which is about half an hour south. Lafayette/West Lafayette is our nearest city and would have most major hotel chains.
