We appreciate your interest in our puppies and are happy to report that we are currently accepting deposits to reserve a puppy from our soon-to-be-born litters, which are listed below. Please fill out an application at the below “Apply for Me” link to be added to our waiting list for one of these puppies. Once we receive your application, we will reply to answer any questions you have. Then we will give you the payment methods we accept so you can place a deposit to be added to our future puppy selection list.
If you are interested in a puppy who is already listed individually on our puppies for sale page, please fill out the same application and specify the name of the puppy, or puppies who are of interest. We will reply to your application to answer any questions, and share the Paypal/Venmo/Zelle payment options with you, so you can place a $500 deposit to reserve your favorite puppy.
Although a few of the puppies from the below, soon-to-arrive-litters, may be reserved for families on our deposit list who are waiting for their arrival, there is still much availability for both boy and girl puppies in these upcoming litters. Since the below litters have not yet been born, we do not accept deposits for any of these litters specifically, but do accept general deposits to be added to our waiting list. This deposit is $500 and is fully refundable up until the time you choose your puppy (when the litter is about 4 to 6 weeks old).
How does Sunshine Acres handle its reservation (deposit) list and choosing of individual puppies? Once a new litter arrives, we will start notifying families on our open option list (in the order their deposits were received) to see if they would like to choose a puppy from the current litter or wait for a later one. We do not usually ask families to pick their specific puppy when they are newborns, but rather ask them to let us know if they wish to be included in “puppy picking time” for that litter or wait for a later litter.
We have “puppy picking time” when the puppies are 4-6 weeks of age when we can see the minor differences between their personalities and coat types. Their individual photos will be posted and we will start working down our deposit list, matching these puppies with their forever families. Since we do not match our puppies with their new families when they are newborn babies, but wait to match each puppy to its new family until a later time, it is impossible for us to know at any given time exactly how many families who are already on our waiting list will decide to go ahead with the puppies from an upcoming litter and how many will decide to wait for a later litter. Since we give families total flexibility on refunding any deposit, some might even find a puppy that is ready sooner and decide to go off of our waiting list. Because of this, we can not promise an exact picking spot for any of our litters that are not yet born.
Choosing a new family member is an exciting time. We look forward to being a part of the process of bringing a new BFF (Best Furry Friend) into your family circle.

While the above litters have already been conceived, next in the pipeline should be Taylor and Willow. Their puppies will be ready to go home about four months after the litter is conceived, and two months after they are born. All of the photos shown in this gallery are examples of our prior puppies who have already joined their new families so are not currently available puppies.
New applications/open deposits for our puppies will be able to reserve a puppy from one of the above litters, or one of current litters which have already arrived, if you’d like a puppy sooner. Since most of our puppies mothers are related to one another (sisters, half sisters or first cousins) and most of our sires are from similar bloodlines to one another, our puppies have an extremely consistent appearance. After 20 years of raising our own parents and selecting for the personality, temperament and coat type we like, their traits are extremely predictable. Our upcoming litters of Goldendoodles will be apricot to dark red in color, have wavy to curly coats, and range in size from 30 to 65 pounds as adults. It is very common for our puppies to fall into the 40 to 55 pound size range. We occasionally have puppies that fall into the 56-65 pound range. It is not as common for us to have puppies that are in the smallest size range of 30 to 39 pounds. Our B.I.G. Doodle puppies will be a little larger on average than our Goldendoodles, with an expected adult weight range from 40 to 70 lbs. They come in colors from apricot/red with abstract white markings to black and white, tricolor, and merle tricolors. A well balanced, sweet natured puppy with a very trainable temperament is what can be expected in all of our puppies.
Please feel free to check out our Facebook page, where hundreds of photos are posted as well as many reviews from our prior customers. This is a great place to see what our puppies grow up to look like and also interact with our online family of Irish Goldendoodle owners. See our Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/sunshineacresdoodlepuppy/. If you like what you see there, our upcoming litters will have puppies in them who have a similar appearance.
Apply for MeEach of our family raised puppies comes with a three-year health warranty and has been checked and approved by our veterinarian. Each puppy receives their core immunizations, is microchipped and come with a lifetime of support from Sunshine Acres. Our puppies’ socialization training starts when they are a couple days old and includes daily imprinting with our family. As soon as the puppies are old enough, we begin their crate training, which is the first step in potty training. See the Additional Information tab below to learn more.
Microchip | All Sunshine Acres puppies have an embedded RFID microchip for your puppy's identification. The ID on this page is the last five digits of the microchip number. These chips are not trackable by GPS but emit a frequency when scanned so your contact information may be looked up. Sunshine Acres uses an ISO chip, so it is universal no matter where your travels take you. |

NeoTech Vaccines | Sunshine Acres uses and follows the protocols of the Neotech Company to offer the core vaccines your puppy needs for safety. Depending on region or your lifestyle, there may be additional vaccines your veterinarian recommends. |
Socialization | Our Goldendoodle puppies are socialized in a family setting following techniques taught by Jan Fennell, The Dog Listener. Each puppy is stimulated every day before his or her eyes open to familiarize them to the smells of their human companions. Once our Goldendoodle puppies start interacting with people, they are handled, played with, and enjoyed by our family, with children that range in ages from toddler to teenager. A puppy’s trainability and intelligence is greatly impacted by its early imprinting, so we expose our puppies to a variety of experiences in a positive way. |
Looking | Are you looking for a red, shaggy ball of hair with a pink tongue and a heart full of love? Sunshine Acres is home to the Irish Goldendoodle. Family raised and socialized since 2002! Tested parents can be met and all puppies are immunized and vet checked. |
Shipping | Shipping is available to most major destinations in the continental US and Canada via airline pet carrying services. We are familiar and comfortable with the shipping process and would be glad to make arrangements for shipping if you live too far away to come to Indiana to pick up your puppy. The shipping and handling fee is $550. |
Veterinary Wellness | 100% of Sunshine Acres puppies are screened by our veterinarian. They are weighed, microchips are scanned, and end with a head-to-toe examination. If there is anything abnormal, it will be noted on this page. |
